Group Work

When i started my first semester this July, we are arranged to form a group of max 4 person per group by the Mgmt.

Our group has 2 guys and 2 gals (including me). Initially i thot we are the best compatible group but apparantly, we are not; worse still, we might be the worst.

We starts to have unbalanced workload on the assignments division when 2 of the group members started to see things differently.

One - too detail and demanding; the other - too take things easy, simplicity rules...

I dont stand on either side of them coz i dont find any of them too wrong. Its good to be more detail sometimes, coz we are already Uni students and our assignments presentation, have to be more professional instead of those sec/poly years.

But, sometimes, things are just as simple to understand. And that will be the way to present it.

One of them keeps telling me he dont like the way the other works, coz whatever he produces, another will have to edit everything which is like extra work for the other.

I think group assignments always have these kind of problem yeh? Coz one of my close poly friend has occasionally email to me to complain of one particular "bossy" group member too..

Well, we are left with one last assignment to finish before we bid farewell to our existing group, we are free to group ourselves next sem. We shall see how things go.
